Your professional real estate agent should be able to give you some suggestions on how to accomplish this important task.

Do not take suggestions as personal "attacks" or "criticism" of your decorating acumen. Most homeowners paint and/or wallpaper and decorated their homes with personal touches that reflect their personalities.
