Real Estate Investors Online

Hey all, I have been window shopping on the mls alot lately. I can see that the website has 2 editions. The "guest" version and the real estate log-in version. I realize that the realtors can get there hands on more information than I can using the "guest" version.
For those that have seen "the other side" what information can a realtor provide from this particular mls that is vital. Email alerts?
Price drops? New listings? What realtor features are most important to you?
