I used Cornerstone in September '09 and I have another deal that will close at the end of October '09 with them. I was first introduced to the company through a wholesaler who does alot of business in this area. I bought another house from a different wholesaler and he used Cornerstone too. They are fast!!! They closed the first deal in a week (it was a mail away and also had a HOA) The second deal is a probate and so far so good...YES, I intend to use them again and DO recommend them!
