I'm relatively new to this, and I need to do a lease option or assignment to get started. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Charley

How about a little more information first. Getting started can be overwhelming in business. When you say you want to do a Lease Option or Assignment, tell your investment community what you want to accomplish. For example, "I want to generate some cash to accumulate a downpayment for my first rental property. I love talking to Sellers but I don't have the funds to close so I need to do a few assignments and wholesale a property or two to get me started." Then ask something like, "Who out there is buying from wholesalers?" "What are your typical assignment fees?" "What type of property creates the most wholesale demand and which locations sell fastest?" If you want to do Lease Options, are you looking for a personal residence? Have you got a property you can't sell and want to Lease Option it? Are you trying to Option property and sandwich a monthly cashflow? Be more specific and see who comes out of the woodwork to offer assistance... LET PEOPLE KNOW WHAT IT IS THAT YOU DO OR WANT TO DO. You may be suprised at what the universe sends your way...
